Our Passion
Karolyn has a passion to make a blissfully delicious cupcake. Her philosophy is that the “cake” makes the cupcake, while the frosting is just to enhance the cake flavor. Since she believes the cake is the most important part of the cupcake, she bakes each scrumptious cake with intense flavors while keeping the cupcake light, moist and fluffy. Each cupcake is topped with sweet buttercream icing or cream cheese icing to complement the cupcake for a flavor that cannot be stopped at just one.
Our Ingredients
A recipe is only as good as the ingredients it is baked with. That is why we focus on only high-quality ingredients and use organic products when possible. We use pure Mexican Vanilla, rich Swiss cocoa, sweet organic butter and fresh fruit to create our intense flavors.
